  • Do I need access to a gym?
    Not necessary, we offer both gym and home-workout plans designed according to your body type, lifestyle and goals.
  • Will the plan be customized?
    Yes, once you've purchased your plan, you will receive a confirmation email with a fitness form asking you a few questions. This helps me customize the program according to your body which guarantees the best results.
  • Is the meal plan budget friendly?
    All the recipes are easy, healthy and budget friendly. No crazy ingredients and very much sustainable.
  • Is vegan or a pure vegetarian diet plan available?
    Yes, both diet plan options are available
  • Are supplements necessary?
    No. You can follow the program and see amazing results without supplements. The supplements in your program will only be recommendations as they can enhance performance, recovery and results.
  • Can I communicate with Raj?
    You would be able to contact Raj on a daily basis to make any necessary fixes or adjustments catered to you and your program. You'd also be able to track your results and ask him whatever questions you have throughout your journey. The support is incredible through his whatsapp
  • How long will it take for my plan to be sent?
    It will take 3-4 days to build the perfect plan for you & will be sent to you 1-2 days before the start date of your program. You'll get the option to choose your start date in the fitness form sent to your email after purchasing your plan.
  • Can I sign-up now and start my program later?
    Yes, absolutely. You can sign-up now and select a later start date as per your convenience.
